I received this little note from PS, who is coaching with me since January this year, and I thought I might share it with a wider audience, because it is a question I get asked quite often when I am coaching. I have started using an analogy to explain what happens when you feel dis-satisfied with your meditation session, and I find most relate to it quite well - so here it is.

My dear friend Mary sent me an email with a link to a game a few days ago – and I only just opened it last night. I was curious because Mary doesn't often send me games to play – she knows that’s not my thing. Therefore, if she wanted to share this with me, it must be special. And it was. It was special because I had fun, and it was special because it enhanced my understanding of how the law of attraction works in my life and in the lives of those around me. How does it feel to win the lottery? The story of Maria Carreiro and the Law of Attraction4/10/2013 Maria Carreiro, is a portugese immigrant who has been in Canada for 30 hard long years. I switched on the TV yesterday morning to check the weather forecast so I could decide how to dress my son for school. The newscaster was announcing the winner of the $40 million lottery the previous night. I couldn’t help but watch the happy dance of the winner – Maria Carreiro. Since then, everywhere I turn I see Maria’s face; the newspaper at the office, the radio, the internet, and even in the seclusion of my own thoughts.
