These processes are simple and take no more than five minutes. When I first started using them, I wrote them down on cue cards and kept them on my bedside table, until I knew them by rote. Now I understand that it is the intention that is the most important thing and this is reflected by our vibration. In the end, it's how we vibrate that is most important - the words we use to get there are just a means to the end.
If we could focus on just having a perfect day every day, these days would add up to a perfect lifetime! It is really very satisfying to end the day knowing that it was delicious in every way.
If you just read the words it may get you no where and you may see no improvement at all. Feeling a positive shift in the way you are feeling is the important thing and that shift comes from focusing on each word and feeling how it would be if felt good under all circumstances. That good feeling culminates into a feeling of love after you have been doing the processes for a while, and the processes then become triggers or anchors (for those familiar with NLP). As you trigger a good feeling your day gets better and better. When I first started using the processes I would repeat the morning process many times during the day - it's easy when you're driving or weeding or engaged in an activity that you do pretty much on auto pilot!
Enjoy the processes! Blessings!
