Long before I knew Abraham I knew trees – yes, trees. Trees have always been my friends. I have always loved and appreciated them. Being near trees always makes me happy, and if there are large boulders and rocks and water around, that just completes the picture for me. I’m more of a stream and river person than an ocean person, but I enjoy both. Somehow, sometime, don’t really remember how or when specifically, I felt that as I thought about the trees that I received thoughts back.

When I was a child I totally believed in angels. I believed that they were everywhere and they were doing the work of making the world function: the sun come up and the moon shine bright. Did you feel that way as a child or even now? I hope you said “yes”. As I was growing up and going through life I figured out “science” and “physics” and I forgot about angels. Did you? I hope you said “no”. I’ve come full circle now: back to believing in the “fairies of the universe” as my friend and teacher, Abraham calls them. Image:stockvault.net Guest post by my Abraham friend "cinco" - look for her on YouTube she has many wonderful clips on her channel. When you look at something you do not want, your IB, BECAUSE IT IS YOU, is looking at it ALSO. BUT, it is looking at the rockets you launched - and have BEEN launching - with your attention TO it. i.e. your IB is looking right AT what you DO want and experiencing the vibration of it. And when it DOES, you feel that distance between the two vibrations. And as you CONTINUE to look at what you do not want, you launch MORE rockets of desire which makes what you DO want BETTER and since your IB is focused on THAT end of the stick, your IB's vibration goes HIGHER and the distance between your vibration and the vibration of your IB increases and if you KEEP focusing ON WHAT YOU DO NOT WANT, that distance will KEEP increasing because you are launching more and more rockets of desire and making what you want better and better and your IB's vibration is going higher and higher. Image: stockvault.net I love Ellen – she is who she is. She does what she does from the heart, and she has spread so much happiness and love. To me Ellen is an example of someone who wants to live life on their own terms. Image from: http://www.ellentv.com/ What is a greeting? When we say "good morning" it is a wish that the other person may have a good day. Unfortunately, most of us don't say the words with feeling. If we did we would invoke prepaving. Because when you send someone positive energy, they are bound to feel it at some level and their interaction with us improves. Whether you use the words "namaste" (I see the God within you) or "Salaam-a-liakum" (Blessings on you), it does not matter, what matters is the vibration accompanying the words. My friend Rachelle introduced me to the work of Tom Kenyon just a few days ago. What I heard was intriguing, and today I took the time to visit Tom’s website and find out more. Tom works with sound and uses sounds for healing and teaching. He also channels beings called the “Hathors” very much in the same way as Esther does Abraham. What is sound but vibration? And so I totally believe that it could be used in the manner described by Tom. Esther once said in one of her workshops that the Egyptian civilization had mastered the use of sound, and that technology of their world was based on sound. Below is the link to Tom Kenyon’s documentary preview on YouTube. Visit and decide for yourself if his work resonates with you.
Also visit Rachelle's website, she provides an awesome progam called "Soul Coaching" at www.rachellepaquette.com Having a bad day? Hug a baby. Want to have a better day? Hug a baby. New born babies are pure positive energy. Their alignment with source is absolute. They are devoid of resistant thoughts and are in a constant state of ease and joy (except when they're hungry or dirty!). They are easily diverted and look at everything with curiosity. Everything is exciting and new through a babies eyes, and life is delicious. In the traditional sense we think that we are setting goals when we grab a piece of paper and start writing what we want to accomplish, how big it’s going to be and by when we want it done. That’s the stuff all new year’s resolutions are made of. The truth is that goal setting is a vibrational exercise. With each thought that we think we are setting goals. Contrast makes us set goals every day – every time you ask or Step One, you are setting a goal for something that we want to change, do differently, obtain or get rid of. Every thought that we hold on to for 17 seconds has the power to attract other thoughts like it or of the same vibration – and that’s how goals are set. Most of us are setting goals that we are not even aware of! When I was a much younger I used to see things in the room that I knew my parents could not see. After a while I stopped making a fuss and pointing them out to them. But the knowledge of having seen them is always at the back of my mind. I have always wondered if I was actually seeing beings that were there or making it up - as children are often told that they do. Do you remember having any similar experiences? Do you believe in the existence of witches and wizards and other creatures that go bump in the night? Today I am sharing with you Abraham's processes for bedtime and waking up. I have been using these processes for many years, for even before they appeared in the Money & the Law of Attraction Book by Esther & Jerry Hicks, Abraham had referenced them many times in their talks. These processes are simple and take no more than five minutes. When I first started using them, I wrote them down on cue cards and kept them on my bedside table, until I knew them by rote. Now I understand that it is the intention that is the most important thing and this is reflected by our vibration. In the end, it's how we vibrate that is most important - the words we use to get there are just a means to the end. If we could focus on just having a perfect day every day, these days would add up to a perfect lifetime! It is really very satisfying to end the day knowing that it was delicious in every way. If you just read the words it may get you no where and you may see no improvement at all. Feeling a positive shift in the way you are feeling is the important thing and that shift comes from focusing on each word and feeling how it would be if felt good under all circumstances. That good feeling culminates into a feeling of love after you have been doing the processes for a while, and the processes then become triggers or anchors (for those familiar with NLP). As you trigger a good feeling your day gets better and better. When I first started using the processes I would repeat the morning process many times during the day - it's easy when you're driving or weeding or engaged in an activity that you do pretty much on auto pilot! Enjoy the processes! Blessings! |
