I love Owen Fox; his bright eyes and big smile are always up-lifting. Owen has been a long time listener of Abraham’s teachings and has communicated often with me through my YouTube channel. Sometime starting in April Owen and I engaged in a conversation about food. As he is in the wellness industry, he is quite passionate about wanting to learn the best way to look at food and health.
With Owen’s permission, I am reproducing our conversation here so that it may benefit others who have the same or similar questions come up for them, and to help add clarity with respect to food, based on Abraham’s teachings. I have added more clarity to our dialogue in places to improve it’s presentation.
The basic premise from which we started our conversation is that “belief” is the cause of everything that happens in our lives.
Some of the questions that Owen asked me were:
1) If someone eats a food that they are allergic to even though they did not know that it was in the food, then the vibration of the allergy should not be active so why did they become sick because of it?
2) Foods have their own vibration, and therefore some foods are bad for us, how can we categorize foods as good and bad based on this fact?
3) Eating raw foods and whole foods is the right way to eat for us all - so why doesn't Abraham lay this guideline for us all?
4) Impulses to eat come not only from our intelligent bodies but also due to the addictive chemicals contained in processed foods - so how can Abraham say that it is only our vibration that affects our bodies?
5) Why do people who are teachers of the law of attraction make poor food choices and get sick?
Of course, this does not cover all aspects of food and it's relationship with us, but I think this was an excellent start. I want to thank Owen for asking such wonderful questions, and allowing me to go deep within connecting with Abraham for the answers.
Much love and appreciation for all,
KD emailed me one day to ask about one of the videos I had posted on my channel, we became friends. He has an amazing appetite for asking questions! and I love answering questions.
This conversation is quite old, but still new in it's content. KD's main focus was money, but in the process we went to many places and had lots of fun. I have been meaning to share it for a while - so here it is.

Sharon posted this on FaceBook in one of the forums and I loved it so I asked her permission to share it here on my website. I hope you like it too. I so appreciate Sharon for having taken the time to create and share this list.
I would use this list as a guide - and start noticing if you are using any of these phrases as you think your thoughts and engage in conversation with others. Basically, read them over and then delete them from the database in your head so that you never use them again! Not only that, but you will start noticing when others are using these phrases in their conversations and you will be able to guide them away and towards the use of more empowering thoughts.
I know. I know, pressing the delete button doesn't always work, but you can soften negative thoughts by following them up with softening general statements - pretty soon, the negative thoughts will disappear all on their own and you will never see them again. I hope this helps - and if it does, will you please come back here to write a comment and share - I would truly appreciate that. Zehra
It is only very recent that I have truly started understanding the value of these words offered by Abraham “make a decision and line-up with it”. I have come to understand that this advice is some of the most important teachings given to us by Abraham. Let me explain.
I think it is safe to say that when we are little most of our decisions are made for us by our parents. They tell us when to wake up and when to go to bed. They tell us where to go and what to do. They tell us how to behave with others – they tell us what is appropriate behavior and what is inacceptable. There is no negotiation – it’s mostly their way. What this translates into is that a decision is made by our parents, and now it is up to us to line up with it or not.

This is a beautiful piece, written from inside the vortex. Many thanks to Jeanne for sharing it with all of us. Zehra
I am a leaf, floating down a stream free, happy, unchained, and unconcerned. Bobbing aimlessly on the surface of the cool water, feeling the sun warm me, tiny insects tickle me, logs and rocks reach out for me as I pass quietly by. Sometimes I’m caught and I embrace the joining, feeling only joy until I am freed and continue my journey downstream. Until one day I find that I have merged with the stream who has carried me along on its adventurous path and I am no longer just a leaf…
This question was sent in by Lucia, and I want to thank her for allowing me to share the contents of our communication.
I have a couple of questions that I would like to ask you. In the A-H recordings I have heard that when we start learning the teaching of A-H it is natural to let all hell let loose. What exactly does that mean?
The other question is: "If this life experience has inspired the desire within me, this life experience has the wherewithal to fulfill it down to the very last detail."
But there is another paragraph that reads: "Most of you have given enough thought to what you want to keep you happily busy for 10 or 20 lifetimes, but your manifestation cannot get to you because your door is closed."
Does that mean that if we let it come by releasing resistance we can get everything in this lifetime experience? or As we are eternal being, our desires keep accumulating and whatever is not fulfilled in this lifetime, it will realized in the next 10 to 20 lifetimes? Thanks for clarifying these for me.

My dear friend Mary sent me an email with a link to a game a few days ago – and I only just opened it last night. I was curious because Mary doesn't often send me games to play – she knows that’s not my thing. Therefore, if she wanted to share this with me, it must be special. And it was.
It was special because I had fun, and it was special because it enhanced my understanding of how the law of attraction works in my life and in the lives of those around me.

My experience over the past eighteen months with Abraham and the Law of Attraction has been stunningly effective and almost magical in how quickly momentum will pick up on a specific topic I am focused upon. That is how I know that I am a powerful deliberate creator. I am left with no doubt on a very regular basis that “I did that” and I have learned that I do indeed create my own reality.
Yesterday was a big day for me. Yesterday, I handed in my resignation from my job at the Bank of Montreal. I am now truly free.
I am excited about my new path.
