So here is the process I like to follow:
You will notice that a lot of what you say or want to say in the day is completely unnecessary – it is for the benefit of the peanut gallery. Most statements are explanations supporting what you think, and in many cases provide too much information in the effort to make conversation – in reality this extra information sheds the limelight on our underlying beliefs and activates them. My observation suggests that most of these beliefs are not of the empowering type.
2. Try to do a rant/rampage of appreciation out aloud, time yourself starting with two minutes. Pick anything that comes to mind, and make continuous statements of appreciation for two minutes. Notice how once you allow yourself to get going it becomes easier and easier to make statements of appreciation and as you do so you talk faster, really getting the energy to move. As you move the energy you move yourself higher and higher on the emotional scale. The next day do the exercise for longer, and a day later for longer still until you reach a total of five minutes. Now you can start writing in this manner.
3. When you continue your writing practice in this manner, you go from general appreciation to the topic on which you wish to achieve improvement. So the rampage of appreciation results in a focus wheel. Focus wheeling is a very powerful exercise – try it. Appreciation is the key to making the law of attraction work for you.

Compare this situation to learning how to ride a bike. Most children start with a tricycle. An average child practices on the tricycle for a whole year, and then graduates to riding a bicycle with training wheels. With further practice, the training wheels come off, and away they go. And it doesn’t end there, some children go further to do stunts on bikes. It’s all about finding their balance and making it a habit. It’s all about generating momentum and using it to accomplish stunts. It’s all about feeling free and in control. It’s all a lot like learning to use the law of attraction. You need to find your balance. You need to make it a habit. You need to learn how to use momentum. You need dedication to your objective.
Not everyone needs coaching. Some people can learn on their own. Although I did not sign-up for coaching with a coach using Abraham’s material – I have coached with several coaches over the past few years. I believe that if you have a burning desire to accelerate the process of growth and achievement and you can find someone to help you along, why not? It’s about what you want to achieve and the life you want to live.
A coach is one who is able to hold themselves in a higher vibration and exert their power of influence to call you into alignment by giving you hope for a better future. They hold your hand until you can maintain your own balance. They show you how to generate positive momentum. They watch over you until they are sure that you have formed new habits or laid new pipes that will assist you in creating a wonderful life.
Much love and appreciation,
