Have you ever started a project that you never completed?
Do you wonder why?
You were so excited when the idea first came to you, and it was fun getting started, but then it stopped being fun...
Do you see it occasionally or think about it and say to your self "I really should get that done - it would be such a big waste if I didn't"?
Did you ever dream of doing something, but never really get to it, even though you really wanted to, and you really thought it was a good idea?
Did you remind yourself from time to time that you really should get started, and feel bad that you didn't?
I used to be like that.
Abraham has changed me.
I look at things differently now and I do things differently.
I actually dream more and do less now.
I recently wrote an article for the on-line magazine Local Experts Canada. The focus of the article is to show how the way we use words has an impact on what we create.
I have finally penned down an analogy that I use in my coaching program to show people what they are doing with their words: going to the park or going to the dump.
Although, the article for LEC is written from the perspective of business owner wanting to grow their business, it applies to everything in life.

I had so much fun journalling today - I thought I might share what I wrote.
I know that I have shifted my vibration to a higher disc when it flows like this.
Much love and appreciation for you all,
KD emailed me one day to ask about one of the videos I had posted on my channel, we became friends. He has an amazing appetite for asking questions! and I love answering questions.
This conversation is quite old, but still new in it's content. KD's main focus was money, but in the process we went to many places and had lots of fun. I have been meaning to share it for a while - so here it is.
I usually do a vision board exercise with my children around new years. We plan our holiday for the year. All three of us focus on it, and have fun with it. We put it on our study wall and it usually stays there for a couple of weeks. We always get that holiday.
The holiday season arrived, and life got busier still. Like many other people started to think about setting new goals for the coming year. Even though I did not actually block time off to sit down and think about it, it was always at the back of my mind.
Then one day I had an Ah Ha moment. I had an inspired thought, that got me all excited. This year I would Pre-pave instead of Plan.

Sharon posted this on FaceBook in one of the forums and I loved it so I asked her permission to share it here on my website. I hope you like it too. I so appreciate Sharon for having taken the time to create and share this list.
I would use this list as a guide - and start noticing if you are using any of these phrases as you think your thoughts and engage in conversation with others. Basically, read them over and then delete them from the database in your head so that you never use them again! Not only that, but you will start noticing when others are using these phrases in their conversations and you will be able to guide them away and towards the use of more empowering thoughts.
I know. I know, pressing the delete button doesn't always work, but you can soften negative thoughts by following them up with softening general statements - pretty soon, the negative thoughts will disappear all on their own and you will never see them again. I hope this helps - and if it does, will you please come back here to write a comment and share - I would truly appreciate that. Zehra
As my coaching practice expands I have been working on developing some exercises to help. As I work with people I notice that most of them have trouble identifying when they are being negative and shooting themselves in the foot with respect to the very things they want to achieve.
So here is the process I like to follow:
