I don't know if you ever come across someone who rubs you the wrong way, whether it's a colleague at work, whether it's an employee, whether it's a loved one at home.

Do you ever find yourself struggling to see the good in others?

Law of Attraction teaches us that some people trigger us because we've got history with them. That history has created beliefs that hide in our subconscious mind and are activated whenever we interact with certain people.

The thing about this is, and I say this as a Law of Attraction expert, that if we keep focusing on the past, on the things in our interactions that

did not go well with respect to this person, then we keep bringing the past into the future. And that is the opposite of what we want. What we want to manifest is feeling good about all our interactions. We don’t want to have to hide from some people because they rub us the wrong way, but unless we do the work to clean up our vibration our experience of them cannot change.

The thing is whatever we “choose” to focus on expands and occupies more space in our lives. That’s Law of Attraction – it is also basic psychology. So, if we want to improve our relationship with someone, we have to find a way to look at them differently. When we look at them differently, we can change our relationship with them. In other words, we can manifest the relationship we want to experience.

I remember when I was coaching someone who had an issue with a colleague at work. I told her to look for something to appreciate about this person, and she said to me, "Zehra, I don't like anything about this person." Then I said to her, "Do you like the way she looks or the way she dresses, the way she carries herself?" And she said, "Yes, I love the way she dresses; she wears the most amazing shoes." So I said to her, "Alright, start appreciating her shoes and her clothes and how she does her hair." And trust me when I tell you, she came back to me in a week or 10 days and said, "Oh my God, her attitude towards me has changed completely. She is so nice to me now, and all I did was to appreciate her shoes."

I want you to know that how you look at things changes the things that you look at. Perspective is everything, and appreciation is a powerful tool. Dr. Wayne Dyer taught us that many, many years ago, and it remains true today.
