Thought - Emotion Loop That Controls Your Life & Your Manifestations

Thoughts create emotion. Then the emotion creates a thought. Then the thought creates an emotion. Then the emotion creates a thought. And it just keeps going on and on and on, never stopping.
But we can change it.
Words don’t matter you see. It’s the vibration that leads to manifestation.
What is the vibration?
Vibration is the energy that is exuded by our physical body - it is caused by emotion. So it’s the emotion that matters. The frequency, the energy that goes out into the universe that brings us things in response - that is emotion.
Thought creates emotion.
Emotion creates thought.
And this loop keeps building on itself.
If you do nothing, the loop continues.
The emotion you are feeling will attract a thought that matches it. That thought will create more of the same emotion. And that emotion will attract more matching thoughts.
This is how momentum is created.

So now you are not just thinking a thought. You are building momentum in a particular emotional direction.
And that direction matters.
Because once momentum builds, it becomes harder to change.

So the question becomes: do I like where I am headed?
If you don't like it - change it.

You change it at the level of thought.
Because emotion does not happen on its own. Emotion is always a response to a thought.

So if you can interrupt the thought, you can change the emotion.
And if you change the emotion, you change the direction of the momentum.
This is why the pause is so powerful.
If you can take a breath, if you can stop for a moment and ask yourself, “What do I want to feel next?” you create an opportunity to shift. Because if you don’t choose, the current emotion will continue choosing for you.

Sometimes changing thoughts feels difficult.
And this is where tools like meditation come in.
Meditation allows you to step out of the loop.
It creates a gap.
In that gap, there is no active thinking. And because there is no thinking, there is no reinforcement of the current emotional momentum.
This is why when you come out of meditation, you naturally feel better.
You are on a different point on the emotional scale, and from that place, you have access to different thoughts.

But here is where most people go wrong.
They come out of meditation and immediately go back to thinking the same thoughts they were thinking before.
And now they are right back where they started. So meditation is not the solution on its own.
It is a tool to create space. What you do after that space is what determines your results.

There are other ways to shift your emotional state.
You can listen to music.
You can go for a walk or a run.
You can engage your body in some way.
And it works.
You feel better.
But again, if you return to the same thoughts, you return to the same emotional pattern.
So the purpose of these actions is not just to feel better temporarily. The purpose is to change direction.
Once you feel better, you want to continue in that direction with your thinking.

This is something people do all the time - they know to do it naturally. Here's how it works:
“I feel off. Let me do something to feel better.”
And they do.
They listen to music. They go for a run. They meditate. They go shopping.
And for a moment, they feel good. But then they go back to the same thoughts.
And the effect disappears.

This is why retail therapy is short-lived. You buy something. You feel good. Your state changes.
But unless you continue that shift in your thinking, you go right back. The key is not the action.
The key is what you do after the action.

This is where conscious thinking becomes important.
You don’t want to go back to the past. You don’t want to pick up the same thoughts that created the problem.
You want to choose thoughts that are helpful. Thoughts that match the direction you want to go in.
Because once you change direction through meditation or exercise, you have to keep moving in that direction.
That is how new positive momentum is generated.

The Law of Attraction is always responding to your vibration.
And your vibration is always being shaped by your thoughts and your emotions.
So when people say, “Law of Attraction is not working,” that’s not accurate. It is always working.
It is always responding. The question is: what is it responding to?

It was never meant to be complicated. We tend to overcomplicate it because we think we need to do more.
More tools. More techniques. More processes.
But it is not about doing more.
It is about understanding what is already happening. And once you understand it, you can work with it.
You don’t need complicated rituals. You don't need to burn feathers or bathe in the moonlight. You don't need crystals or spells.
You don’t need external tools.
You can use them if they make you feel good.
But if you don’t change your thinking, nothing changes.

This is the work.
Becoming aware of your thoughts.
Understanding the loop between thought and emotion. Interrupting that loop when it is not serving you. And choosing a different direction. Once you start doing this consistently, things begin to change. Not because you are forcing them to change. But because you are no longer pushing against what you want. And when that happens, things become easier. Much easier than you thought they could be.

We want things to be easy - understanding the Law of Attraction and how Manifesting works helps us to do just that.
