When I met Abraham, I discovered a couple of things that changed my life – first, that our emotions are our guidance system and give us important information about what to do next, therefore they should never be disregarded.
Second, I learnt that when I feel negative emotion such as anger, frustration or worry, I should not take any action, because any decision I make from a place of negative emotion will not be as good a decision as what would occur to me from a place higher on the emotional scale such as “hope”.
Third, I learnt that I was intuitively doing a good job of going up the emotional scale with my soothing self-talk. I learnt to improve my self-talk and make it more positive. I learnt what I should do when I feel negative emotion. I learnt that in many situations, not thinking about the problem is the best solution to it.
Our emotions are our guidance system. We can only access those people, things and events that are on the same vibrational or emotional frequency as ourselves because according to the Law of Attraction like attracts like. The victim and the victimizer are both on the same negative vibrational frequency. So all we have to do is to change our vibrational frequency.
