Having a bad day? Hug a baby.  Want to have a better day? Hug a baby.

New born babies are pure positive energy.  Their alignment with source is absolute.  They are devoid of resistant thoughts and are in a constant state of ease and joy (except when they're hungry or dirty!).  They are easily diverted and look at everything with curiosity.  Everything is exciting and new through a babies eyes, and life is delicious.

When you hold a new born baby close to you can feel their alignment; you can feel the deliciousness of their connection with source.  If you haven't noticed, then please look for a baby today and try it out.  Hold the baby to you and close your eyes.  You will feel immediate ease and flow. Babies have power of influence because of the perfection of their alignment with source.

I think that's why parents don't kill their babies despite all the wakeful nights and extra work.  Being with their children brings them into alignment. Have you noticed how for most people having a baby changes their life? It can act as a catalyst bringing the parents into alignment with who they really are.

The same is true for pets.  When we hold our pets close and they express their appreciation for us with a lick or a purr, they bring us into alignment with who we really are, and we feel good.  This is why Abraham recommends petting your cat.  Cats are amazing in that they can purr endlessly and will sit calmly in your lap, so it is easy to connect with them and through them connect with our own alignment - try it and let me know how you feel.
