Meditation for deep & restful sleep

​If you have trouble falling asleep or if you just want to improve your slumber so that you can wake up feeling refreshed and ready for your day, try this meditation track.

There are a few issues with the meditation tracks being offered on the internet just now:

​1) These are being made by people who don't really understand energy, vibration and how to guide it, 
2) They use language that may be too specific based on where someone is on the emotional scale which can actually do more harm than good, 3) They bring the problem or asking into the meditation, where as meditation is not a time for asking - it is a time for receiving.  Meditation is about creating the open mental space that will allow the solution to come, 4) There is no pre-paving or setting of vibrational intention.

The best way to meditate is to set a clear intention, put yourself in a good feeling place and allow your mind to slip into the space between your thoughts. The meditation below does just that. All you need is to stay there for 60 secs in order for positive momentum to start. How delicious to fall asleep when that positive movement forward has already started as opposed to tossing and turning in an "effort" to fall asleep.  Law of Attraction is all about creating ease and flow.

Hi Zehra, I am interested in listening to this and trying it out, but it's not giving me a download option when I right-click on the recording bar. Can you help me with that? Also, I have a concern about the electronic soundtrack which I usually find is irritating to my nervous system. I usually do really well with water sounds. I'm interested in trying it, but I wonder what you have to say about that.

I listened to the meditation last night , very interesting...I intended to listen,relax & follow the instructions...I was attempting to do as told...seemed to be relaxed etc. Noticed that mentally I felt fully awake as your intructions ended & turned to just sounds ...then realized that I could hear myself snoring ...lol...next thing I knew ?..I woke up, meditation was finished, thought about checking time... but decided to unplug & just go back to sleep...thanks so much 💓 I will listen to it for a few nights to see if I have any different results 😊
