2) They use language that may be too specific based on where someone is on the emotional scale which can actually do more harm than good, 3) They bring the problem or asking into the meditation, where as meditation is not a time for asking - it is a time for receiving. Meditation is about creating the open mental space that will allow the solution to come, 4) There is no pre-paving or setting of vibrational intention.
The best way to meditate is to set a clear intention, put yourself in a good feeling place and allow your mind to slip into the space between your thoughts. The meditation below does just that. All you need is to stay there for 60 secs in order for positive momentum to start. How delicious to fall asleep when that positive movement forward has already started as opposed to tossing and turning in an "effort" to fall asleep. Law of Attraction is all about creating ease and flow.
