The Wisdom of Giving Up

The concept of giving up may seem counterintuitive, but it holds a powerful purpose: to ascend the emotional scale by releasing resistance.

When we choose to give up on a situation that is causing emotional turmoil, we create space for relief and emotional release. It's an opportunity to let go of resistance and negative vibrations, allowing us to soar towards higher emotional states.

Giving up is hard to do because it feels like we are giving up on our desire. It feels like we are telling the Universe that we no longer want this thing that we have been asking for, but nothing could be further than the truth. Even though it may feel like that, we can never really give up on our desires. Because once we tell the Universe what we want, it is already created and held in the Vortex.
Giving up does not mean, giving up on the desire, it means stop fighting for it because the fight is what is generating negative energy. Fighting doesn’t feel good, whether the fight is with people or circumstances – it will always take us down the emotional scale. However, there's a crucial catch. The whole reason of giving up is so that you can go up the emotional scale by releasing resistance. But, if you give up and you stay down on the emotional scale, then you’ve defeated the purpose of giving up. If we give up and remain stuck in lower emotional frequencies, we miss the essence of this practice. The true purpose of giving up is to ascend, not to dwell in defeat. By embracing emotional release, we rise above challenges and align ourselves with positivity, love, and joy.

We get stuck in a negative place when we regret what has happened. We get stuck in a negative place when we feel that life will never get any better. We get stuck in a negative place when we feel like we have lost something. If we let go such thoughts and turn our attention to something that has nothing to do with the subject of our desire, we can find alignment. Alignment makes all things possible.
