Trees are teachers

I love how beautiful trees are.  I love how tall and majestic they grow. I love trees big and small.  I love the perfection of their branches and shapes. I love the greenness of their leaves. I love their fragrance. I love how they sway in the wind. I love the sound of rustling leaves. I love how the leaves change color in the fall. I love all the shades of amazing yellow, orange and red. I love the perfection of the fall landscape.  I love where I live and the fact that I can drive out into the country to enjoy the beauty of the trees, flowing water and rocks. I love, love, love trees.  I love how they look even in the winter when they are laden with snow. They look so pretty!

They are a silent statement of faith – in the power of the universe to bring them back in the spring. They are a reminder of the fact that contrast is good and that faith gives us root and that things never remain the same.
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful trees perform a service to the world and contribute to the balance of the earth by cleaning the air and nourishing the earth with their fallen leaves and fruit.  They hold the soil with their roots helping the ground to be firm.  They give us their fruit and their sap never holding back. They give us shade in bad weather. They give us themselves in the form of the wood that we use to make our homes and so many other things. They give all the time.  They trust Source.

Trees are asking for their well-being, but they ask only of the universe.  They do not ask any other tree or being – they have no expectations of other trees or beings.  They ask of the universe and they know that their asking will be answered.

They stand rooted in their faith and wait for Source to bring to them everything they need, water, sunshine, nutrients.  A tree is the perfect example of the fact that no action is required.  You can stand firm in your faith and everything that you need will come to you.  I want to be like a tree.
Trees bend over when they are laden with fruit and make it easy for us to get to it.  My mother used to say that people who enjoy riches should be like the trees, in that they should remember to be humble rather than stand proud and erect and unsharing – maybe there’s something to that?  Trees feed any and all, giving with generosity knowing the rule of abundance that says there is no shortage, there will always be more.

Trees know that they are part of the overall cycle of nature and that Source flows through them at all times.  When a tree dies, it simply means that Source has shifted it’s focus and with that shift in focus the role of the tree has changed.  In that process it nurtures many life forms – an example of matter changing form.

Trees never fight back or push against the wind or water or any other force of nature – ease and flow, ease and flow.  They don’t try to stop their leaves from falling, because they trust that their leafy wealth will return and that the contrast of winter will make spring and summer all the more delicious.  A tree always trusts nature or the universe for everything and stands firm in it’s faith.  I want to be like a tree. I love all trees and I love all the time I am able to spend with them.  I thank them for their wisdom. I thank them for being my friends and being there to soothe me when I am out of sorts.  I thank them for making my world a beautiful place.  I thank them for loving me.  I thank them for being.  I wish prosperity and abundance to the trees.  I see them flourish and grow.  I send my love and appreciation to all those who tend to nature, trees, flowers and animals, who work to care for them, grow them, feed them and clean them.  I send my appreciation and love to all those who appreciate their beauty and help nature in little ways by being cleaner and more loving towards our environment.  I love this world and I so appreciate living in a place where I can be close to nature and trees and water.  I so appreciate the work I do that allows me the flexibility to reach out and be in nature when I hear it calling me.

Thank you Abraham for teaching me so much. Please show me the way to greater abundance and satisfaction. Please take me to where I need to be, bring me to people and places who are ready for me.  Help me be the lover and allower that I want to be. There is great love here for you, and for now I am complete.

Hello Zehra

Really enjoyed this post on trees. Everyday I take my dog for a walk in a nearby forest and there is a white pine that caught my attention about a year ago. It stands very tall among other pines, is strong and stable and halfway up separates into two. It is always growing, always striving for the sun, is open to the rain and the snow, always confidant that life is good. Makes me want to be like it. We always stop for a few minutes just to feel its' presence. Thank you.

Hello Nicole,
When you talk to trees or anything in nature - it always responds, because everything in nature is vibrating and communicating through vibration.
Much love and appreciation,
Zehra
