If you agree with all of this then you understand that a clump of cells like the human body is vibrating all the time because every particle of it is vibrating non-stop. Even when the body is at rest the particles are still vibrating - do you agree?
Well, then if you agree then our job is easy, because all we have to do is to connect this scientific understanding with another scientific fact which is that the functioning of the body is impacted by your emotional state. For example, when you are under stress your body generates adrenalin. An over production of adrenalin leads to the malfunctioning of the human body. So when you are under stress and worrying about something you are actually physically hurting your body.
Law of Attraction helps us to connect the dots to say that your cells vibrate differently based on your emotional state. As a result, your body gets out of balance producing too much of a hormone or chemical or too little of it. This excess or shortage impacts the functioning of other organs and parts of your body. So it all starts in your mind. You think, which impacts what you feel, and that in turn impacts how your body vibrates or functions.
You agree that we have evidence of our vibration – that we can feel it? For example, you can feel a person’s smile over the phone line – not because you can see them but because you can feel the vibration of it in their voice. Similarly, if you meet a friend who is having a bad day, you can tell by the way they vibrate that something is off, even though they look the same as they do every day. We are all equipped with invisible antennas that pick up the vibration of our environment.
In order to attract things into our lives that will make us happy we need to be on the vibration of happy – that can only happen if we are happy. That’s why we have to get happy first and then we can have easy access to the things we want. Most of us go about it the opposite way, we long for things, we worry about them, we share our concerns with others and all of this serves to keep us vibrating in the lower emotions, so the thing we want cannot come.
I know that when we feel stuck and something we want isn’t manifesting it is hard to feel happy about the situation – and I don’t think you should even try. The best thing to do in that case is to divert your attention to something else that will help you shift your vibe. For example, if you have a bill to pay that you don’t think you have money for, thinking about it will not make money appear, but if you take your mind off it by looking outside and observing the trees and counting their leaves, observing their colors and shapes, the relief that this change of focus will give you is enough to lift your vibration just a little bit – and believe me every little bit counts. This might seem like a useless thing to do – to just stare at a tree and think about it (okay you can use a flower instead), but trust me that is the secret to using the Law of Attraction consciously and deliberately.
