You wouldn't have of course, if you knew that you were doing it - but most of us don't know that our thoughts are responsible for every moment of struggle in our lives. Are you creating struggle and anxiety? Chances are you don't really know the difference between a positive thought and a negative thought. When I faced up to this simple fact many years ago, it took a while for me to accept it as being true.
By constantly thinking there are no “good ones” out there, are you actually making it true? Or, by thinking, "I'll never be able to make more money than I am just now", and you keeping yourself where you are? Are you really creating the scenario you don't want by stewing on negative thoughts?
It's not enough to just try to stop the thoughts or replace them with positive ideas. It goes far deeper than that because it has to do with beliefs. Beliefs are like stubborn weeds - over seeding with positive affirmations doesn't make much difference sometimes. Sometimes, you just have to get your hands and knees dirty, get down on the ground and work on the damn thing until you pull it all out.
Just sit in a quiet place with your eyes closed and ask yourself "what is holding me back?". Your Inner-being will respond immediately with a whisper you will hear in your mind.
That is the starting point of your work - now all you have to do is to keep using Law of Attraction tools to weed out that obstacle and plant new empowering beliefs.
