Avoid complaining, else, you will make yourself into a victim. Either you leave the situation or accept it completely. Negative emotions are like forsakenness. It is like guilt, which plays a crucial role in a satisfying life. Well, to cope with your attachments, first, you need to recognize how you are feeling. You have to allow the emotions to be a part of yourself. Negative emotions act as alarm bells and always be there for a genuine cause. You can't make your emotions go away. Better you make the right judgments about your sentiments so that you can avoid negativity.
